Die Ferienwohnung im ersten Stock umfasst 160 m² und ist für bis zu 8 Feriengäste eingerichtet. Hier erwarten Sie vier Schlafzimmer, zwei komfortable Badezimmer, ein helles Wohn-/ Esszimmer mit Kamin und SAT-TV, eine modern eingerichtete Küche und eine großzügige Privatterrasse.
Im Erdgeschoss können auf 70 m² bis zu 6 Personen wohnen. Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Badezimmer, ein Wohn-/Essbereich mit Küche und eine eigene Terrasse vor dem Haus sorgen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Der außergewöhnlich große Garten lädt auf ca. 1.200 m² zum Spielen, Entdecken und Sonnenbaden ein. Genießen Sie im Schutz der schattenspendenden Bäume ein erholsames Nickerchen, solch eine Siesta tut nicht nur den Spaniern gut. Für eine erfrischende Abkühlung sorgt zudem der hauseigene Pool; Rutsche und Sprungbrett werden Ihre Kinder begeistern.
Ein wunderschöner Wintergarten mit Blick auf den Pool steht den Gästen der Ferienvilla Ines ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Genießen Sie einen gemeinsamen Mittagssnack an der Sandwichbar; hier finden Sie neben dem Sandwichautomaten genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und Geschirr für bis zu 15 Personen, einen großen Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine sowie einen Grill. Sehr praktisch auch das separate WC samt Dusche.
Selbst wenn die Nacht hereinbricht, bietet die Villa Ines einen bezaubernden Anblick; mindestens 30 Strahler, Lämpchen und Leuchten verleihen dem Ferienhaus einen romantischen, unvergesslichen Charme.
